- BBVA Valora: BBVA Valora is the most widely used free online valuation simulator in Spain, offered by BBVA bank. - MVI: This tool extracts data from the various Land Registries based on recorded property sale transactions. It is one of the most reliable tools available. One drawback is that it is a professional-grade tool and not widely accessible to the general public.
- Portal estadístico del Notariado: This tool is also useful for running a free property valuation simulation. Launched in October 2024, it compiles data from the latest property sales authorized before a notary. However, the Notarial Statistics Portal should not be used as the sole basis for a valuation, as each neighborhood contains micro-zones where values may be slightly higher or lower, and each property has unique characteristics that can affect its value.
